Up to 10 PDFs · 50 MB total · 20 MB per file · 200 pages combinedPassword-protected PDFs, interactive forms, and signed PDFs are not supported.
Smaller files work best on phones. Keep your originals. These tools do not preserve document-level bookmarks, attachments, or accessibility tags, and are not a PDF sanitiser.
The quick guide
Choose. Arrange. Download.
- Choose at least two PDFs.
- Use the arrows to put files in order.
- Merge and download your combined PDF.
A practical example
Combine a cover letter, portfolio, and references. Every page from the first file comes before every page from the next file.
Limits and things to know
Use ordinary, non-interactive PDFs: up to 20 MB per file and 200 pages in total. The merger accepts up to 10 files with a 50 MB combined input limit. Results are limited to 60 MB; a split ZIP can contain up to 100 PDFs. Complex documents may reach your browser’s memory or processing limit sooner.
Password-protected PDFs, interactive forms, and documents with signature fields are rejected. Document-level bookmarks, attachments, accessibility tags, and other navigation features are not preserved. Page annotations and unusual PDF features may change. Outputs are not a guarantee of PDF/A compliance, accessible reading order, or removal of scripts or private information. Keep your originals and check every download.
These tools rearrange existing pages without converting them to screenshots. They do not offer OCR, text editing, or guaranteed compression. A result can be larger than its source. Previews are a guide; a rendering failure is shown separately. To limit memory use, previews may omit embedded images above 8 megapixels; the saved PDF keeps the source page content.
FAQ
Can I choose individual pages while merging?
The merger combines every page of each selected PDF. Use the splitter first to extract pages, or the organiser afterwards to remove or reorder pages.
Where do my PDFs go?
Files are read in your browser and are not uploaded to AcadCrate or a document service. Clear the workspace or leave the page to release the application’s in-memory references. Downloads and browser temporary data are controlled by your browser. No document history is stored. See the Privacy Policy for separate website analytics.
Do I need to create an account or pay?
No. All four PDF tools are free to use without signup.
Why did my PDF fail?
Try a smaller, unlocked, non-interactive PDF within the limits above. Damaged documents or unsupported features may not be readable. A long-running task can be cancelled; it stops automatically after 45 seconds. Do not use these tools to preserve a digital signature.
